March 1, 2010 - Allen Press, Inc. announced today that the company has won multiple awards in the 2010 Marketing Plus™ competition conducted by the National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL), a trade association for the graphics communication industry.
Allen Press was given Silver Awards in the Customer Event Marketing category for its Emerging Trends in Scholarly Publishing™ Seminar promotional materials, an event the company holds annually in Washington, DC, and in the Web Presence category for the company’s redesigned website. Allen Press won a Merit Award in the Direct Mail Marketing category for a postcard sales campaign.
NAPL’s Marketing Plus™ award winners are selected on the basis of points gained via an objective scoring measurement that takes into account both the individual end product or campaign and its success in meeting stated goals.
“We are delighted to have been recognized by NAPL for our marketing efforts,” said Melanie Dolechek, the company’s Director of Marketing. “The recognition helps confirm that our efforts are taking us in the right direction for compelling customer communication.”
